Hello Team!
I am back from Rarotonga! (And I saw the post you made with the Rarotonga comment Brendan!)
So it’s my first day back at work, and what a stupid day to start back at 5.30am in the morning!!!!!
So I am feeling rather unfit after having a week off from the gym! I did do a little bit of running while I was over there but it was a little too hot to run. The resort I was staying at had a very small gym with very little equipment (but what do you expect from a place like Rarotonga where I’m one of the few nutty people who would try out the gym!). I attempted to do a workout there but I decided to go have a cocktail at the bar instead J You see, the bar and restaurant was pretty much right next to the gym and all I could see from my little bike in the gym was people drinking and eating! It was a little too tempting for me so the gym ended up having very few visits from me. My eating wasn’t the best over there either! Several buffets and many cocktails later, I’m having a little bit of trouble getting back on the salads and water!
So now that I’m back, you guys will be getting lots of emails from me again J
I see that we are currently in 3rd place with 233points with Zeus leading 237points and Septu just ahead of us with 234points. So I’m very happy to see that you guys are still going hard J We are not far off from those two teams so we just gotta make sure that we keep up the good work!
By the way….great work on the Latino Dance class guys J I didn’t get a chance to say well done to the eight people + Brendan that turned up! That was a real good effort J It’s that kind of commitment that’s going to help us win the 12 Week Challenge!
Has anybody tried that new reflex class?? I’m going to give it a go on Thursday morning @ 6.30am if any of you would like to join me. These classes are meant to be good so I’m going to see what all the fuss is about.
