Chris, Di & I managed to do our 4 visits to the gym this week and these are the classes we’re booked in for the  Joker week, next week.

Active Fit             Monday 5.30pm (Chris)

Boxing                  Tuesday 6pm (Chris & Di)

Yoga                      Tuesday 6pm (Cilla)

Reflex                   Wednesday 6.30pm (all 3)

Spin                       Thursday 6pm (all 3)
